The DD WAVE Muzzle Brake is designed to securely mount the DD WAVE suppressor to the host firearm. Manufactured from aerospace 17-4 PH stainless steel and salt bath nitride finished for minimal corrosion. Heavy acme threads serve to disrupt carbon build-up as the suppressor is detached allowing for easy removal even after extended use.

The Daniel Defense 10.3″ 300 Blackout S2W barrel is designed with a strength to weight profile (Daniel Defense’s Heavy Barrel), a 1:8″ twist rate, and a pistol length gas system. Cold Hammer Forging of barrels has been known for decades to produce the most accurate, longest lasting rifle barrels obtainable. The Cold Hammer Forging of barrels is accomplished through intense hydraulic pressure applied at opposing angles by carbide steel hammers. During the hammering process, a mandrel is inserted into the bore while the carbide steel hammers shape the barrel around the mandrel creating the chamber, the lands, and the grooves. In addition to the aforementioned benefits, the Cold Hammer Forging process creates a defect free bore and the most consistent chamber possible. All Daniel Defense cold hammer forged barrels are made from start to finish in the state-of-the-art facility located in Black Creek, GA. In keeping with the heritage of not cutting corners, all cold hammer forged barrels feature a forged chamber and highest quality exterior coating. The MFR Rail M-Lok QD Sling Mount, designed specifically for the Daniel Defense MFR Rail, allows for ambidextrous attachment of the popular push button sling swivel. This limited-rotation accessory mounts at designated points at the front and rear on both sides of the MRF Rail system for tangle-free attachment of slings. This product is only compatible with the MFR Rail, Omega rail and the DELTA 5 Stock. It is not compatible with MFR XL Rail, DD5 Rail, or any other manufacturers M-LOK rail system
Daniel Defense’s Pistol Grip is designed with ergonomics and controllability in mind. It shares the angle of the classic 1911 pistol for the most natural hand position and comfortable feel. This pistol grip incorporates an oversized trigger guard covering the gap between grip and lower receiver which can wear on the shooters hand and easily accommodates for gloves. Installation is simplified by the fact the integral trigger guard doesn’t require a roll pin so there is a reduced chance of damaging the lower receiver. A soft touch overmolding section enhances grip, wet or dry.
The DD4 RIIIS AR15 style Upper Receiver Group is built around a 11.5 inch Cold Hammer Forged Government Profile barrel with a Daniel Defense Flash Suppressor, a GRIP-N-RIP Charging Handle, and their carbine length gas system. It features a 10.5 inch lightweight RIS III rail-modeled after the revolutionary RIS II two-piece handguard developed for SOCOM- which features M-LOK attachment for lighter weight. All Daniel Defense complete upper receiver groups come standard with an M16 profile bolt carrier group.
