4. ATF Form 4473 and NICS Records — Special Notice

• Retain completed Forms 4473 for a minimum of 20 years from the date of transfer (or indefinitely for bound books of acquisition and disposition)

• Transfer all records to ATF upon discontinuation of the FFL
Important: Because these records are required by federal law, they are not subject to deletion or removal requests under any state privacy law. We cannot delete, alter, or withhold ATF Form 4473 records or NICS transaction data, regardless of any such request. This is a federal legal requirement, not a discretionary policy.

5. How We Protect Your Information
GnomeArms LLC takes reasonable and appropriate steps to safeguard your personal information, including:
• Physical security of paper records (locked storage, restricted access)
• Secure digital storage with access controls and password protection
• Use of PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our premises or servers

No method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
