Produces ammunition that has a “glove fit” to your chamber. Use after each firing or after several firings when the resulting brass flow will require the case to be full-length sized. Diamond stoning process enlarges the inside dia. to prevent over-sizing due to thick neck walls. Useful for brands of brass cases with thicker neck walls or when you do not intend to outside neck turn case necks that have thickened after repeated firings.

Years ago Forster/Bonanza obtained U.S. Patent #3440923 for the design of the original Bench Rest Seater Die. That patent covered the use of a specially machined close-fitting chamber that holds the case the bullet and the seating stem all in perfect alignment. This innovative chamber design is still the hallmark of our Bench Rest Seater Dies because it’s the premier system of all “in-line” seater systems which support the entire outside diameter of the sized case rather than just the bullet and case neck.

Forster has continued to refine their seating stems to better fit newly designed ballistic tips and to match most very low drag (VLD) bullets. Their close-fitting chamber (part #P-30) made with one-piece reamers ensures concentricity and accuracy.

The Ultra Micrometer Seater Die is a non-crimping style seater die (except for the 30-30) that holds the bullet and case in perfect alignment while the bullet is press-fit seated.

A handy micrometer fixes the bullet seating depth to your specifications. After you have seated your bullet close to the desired depth and measured it simply adjust the Micrometer stem up or down to the desired depth and the cartridge will be exactly the length you need.

The Forster .308 Small Base retains same headspace as the 308 Win.; however it reduces case body diameter by .003" from the 308 Win. This sizing is sometimes required for the proper action of ammunition intended for use in automatic semi-automatic slide pump and some lever-action rifles.

When it comes time to size a fired case the Forster Case Neck Graphiter is an exceptional tool. Typically pulling the expander button through the case causes an issue due to residual deposits being left from firing that create friction when withdrawing the expander. In some cases friction can cause stretching or distortion of the case neck.

While lubrication helps this is not always the solution because of potential gunpowder contamination. With this graphite the problem is resolved. Made from tough and impact-resistant plastic the graphite accommodates .22 to .35 calibers and can be permanently mounted if preferred.

The Forster Case Trimmer Cutter Shaft – .17 caliber is made to do most of a Forster Case Trimmer.

The Forster Center for Pocket Cleaner/Chamfering Tool is a case prep tool used for Forster Original and Classic case trimmers. This tool gets the job done quickly and with outstanding results far better than prepping by hand. For reloading each case must be in excellent condition and this tool ensures that.

This tool is designed to mount in the collet side of the trimmer which provides support to the case mouth. To use the tool hold the case mouth over the center tool with one hand and operate the cleaner or chamfer with the other by turning the crank.

Forster Co-Ax LS Lower Shell Holder Jaws are needed for specific cases in place of standard jaws. Reloading stands come with standard parts but in some instances a different set of jaws is required. These jaws are made from steel for strength and durability and are competitively priced.

When comparing different shell holder jaws these are ranked as one of the best for use with the Forster Co-Ac press. These jaws are typically used for reloading such cartridges as 7.62x54mm Rimmed Russian .218 Bee .38-40 WCF .22 Hornet .416 Rigby .378 Weatherby Magnum .25 ACP .45-90 and .45-70 Government.

Forster Co-Ax Press with S Jaws is a tried and true design shown to be exceptionally strong while passing strict quality control measures. Based on testing performed heads of rims and cases came out without marks by the shell holder jaws. The spring-loaded jaws come into contact with the base of the cannelure making extraction more positive.

These jaws are self-acting. After placing a cartridge in the die for reloading and activating the handle of the press they open and close on the cartridge case. With the handle raised the jaws open and release the case automatically.

The Forster Co-Ax XL is made to accept 1" 1/4" Dies as well as 7/8" dies (adaptor lock ring required (2) included with the press). The Press was designed with ELR Shooters in mind and is built with the same float advantage quick die change and precision of the standard Co-Ax.

The steel weldment and 13" handle give it unrivaled rigidity and leverage. The addition of ball bearings to the handle improves operation and makes for one of the smoothest reloading experiences ever. If doing something that does not require as much leverage our Short Handle will adapt into this press.

Note Forster is in the process of having 50 BMG Dies available (along with 375 CheyTac 408 CheyTac and 375 EnABELR Dies). Their standard shell holder is machined to be .125" thick (same as all standard shell holders). Most 50 BMG Dies are made to work with thicker shell holders and if used in the press will need to be adjusted accordingly.
