The Super Modular Rail (SMR) MK8 M-LOK is Geissele’s ultra-modular model. It is designed to give the user full modularity while maintaining a strong and rigid platform. Maximum venting at the lower 45 degree quadrants create maximum heat dissipation and also dramatically reduces the rail’s overall weight. The rail utilizes Magpul’s M-LOK technology at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions, as well as the upper 45 degree quadrants. The SMR MK8 is both versatile and modular, allowing the user to tailor their platform to his or her unique needs. NOTE: This rail is designed to work with Mil-Spec M4 upper receivers. The compatibility with billet receiver sets is unknown.

Utilizing Magpul’s M-LOK technology at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions, as well as the upper 45 quadrants. The SMR MK8 is both versatile and modular, allowing the user to tailor their platform to his or her unique needs. The SMR MK8 also features Geissele’s proprietary 2.25″ long barrel nut. This increases the surface contact where the rail interfaces with the receiver and creates a platform that can be trusted to be straight and true the entire length of the free float rail. This increases accuracy and zero repeatability during disassembly and reassembly when performing maintenance.

The AR-15/M4 Super Precision series of scope mounts are optimized for use with an AR-15/M4 upper. The mounting surface spans 7 picatinny sections and utilizes 4 shear lugs. These mounts use Geisseles update of the classic nut and bolt method for clamping the mount to the picatinny rail, which is the most secure method of attaching your scope to your weapon. Each nut and bolt combination provides 1,400 pounds of clamping force, much more than any lever mounting arrangement. The Geissele Super Precision Mounts are made from 7075-T6 High Strength Aluminum. To create a mount with the best possible return to zero we machine the entire mount from a single piece of billet aluminum. This allows us to add pockets and ribs throughout the mount for added strength and rigidity. It allows us to line bore the caps to each another and then serialize the caps to the body. The line bore operation creates the best possible fit to the body of your scope so that you can apply proper torque without fear of crushing or damaging the body of your scope. Another advantage of machining from a single piece of aluminum is that we are able to create a mount with cap locations that will suit a wide variety of scopes.

The Super Charging Handle (SCH) is machined from a solid block of aircraft grade 7075-T6 aluminum with a hardcoat anodized finish. Its ambidextrous design allows for seamless operation from either side of the weapon.

The MK18 is the latest in the line of Geissele Super Modular rails and is specifically made to interface with the Arca-Swiss Quick Release System. This new handguard is based on the MK16 M-LOK Super Modular Rail, offering a small diameter and overall height creating a slim profile for competition shooters. The flat base of the MK18 features an Arca-Style 35mm wide form with a 45 degree dovetail, that allows quick mounting to an Arca-Swiss Quick Release mounting base, sliding into any position along the rail. The MK18 features Geisseles proprietary 2.25 long barrel nut that interfaces with the receiver and creates a platform that can be trusted to be straight and true the entire length of the free float rail. The 16.5 long MK18 is 3D precision machined using 7000 Series Aluminum due to its strong, rigid and lightweight properties.

The rail system utilizes the stock HK barrel nut, but incorporates the strength, rigidity and modularity expected of a Geissele product. Made from 6061-T6 Aluminum and finished in type 3 hardcoat anodize, the SMR HK416 MK15 meets military specifications.
