Lantac barrels are manufactured to the highest level of accuracy during the machining process. Each barrel is chambered and head spaced to a master bolt face with barrel extension individually matched to each barrel too. The barrel blanks are precision gun drilled, double reamed, precision honed and then rifled with a progressive button system utilizing 6 groove rifling that has been proven to produce the highest level of shooting accuracy.

Lantac’s machining and production process delivers an ultra-precise barrel with tightened slide fit & lock up for improved accuracy. 6 groove, cut rifled, 1:10 Twist Right Hand, fully inspected, double honed (rough and finish) to produce a bore with a Max Roughness Average (RA) of 12. Chambers are Match Grade SAAMI specification, precision cut and polished to a maximum Roughness Average (RA) of 16. The pre hardened 416R stainless steel is stress relieved to a proprietary recipe after rifling and final hardness is 38-42 Rockwell C before final shaping and profiling work is done. Final dimension is held to a +/- 0.0002, deviation for maximum consistency, accuracy and quality. Barrels are bead blasted to create a satin finish prior to plating. 9INE Barrels are a drop in fit and do not require gunsmithing for assembly. These are an ultra accurate and extremely tough upgrade. Barrels are fluted and feature LANTAC’s proprietary Patent Pending flute pattern.

LANTAC BC-PRO Upgrade Bolt Catch

Precision CNC machined from 17-4 PH (Precipitation Hardened) Stainless Steel in H900 condition and QPQ (Quench Polish Quench) Nitride treated to AMS2753D specification for enhanced corrosion resistance and lifespan. No investment casting or MIM manufacturing.

The BC-PRO catch features an aggressive grip texture enlarged paddle and supporting geometry that increases strength around the pivot hole area as well as allowing for easier manipulation of the bolt catch control itself.

Comes complete with roll pin.

Please Note:

A mil-spec bolt catch spring and plunger are required for assembly and are NOT included. If the BC-PRO Bolt Catch is replacing an existing mil-spec bolt catch please use care when disassembling the component from your lower receiver as you will need these parts to install the BC-PRO.
Compatibility with other billet AR-15 upper & lower receivers is unknown. The BC-PRO functions with Forged Receiver sets and Raven Onyx Receiver Sets.
