The Lee 9.3×62 Factory Crimp Die in 7/8 x 14" thread crimps the bullet in place more firmly than any other tool. Tests demonstrate that even bullets which have no crimp groove will shoot more accurately. A firm crimp improves accuracy because pressure must build to a higher level before the bullet begins to move. This higher start pressure insures a more uniform pressure curve and less velocity variation.

460 S&W Collet Style Crimp Die. Incorporates a collet to apply a rifle type crimp to the case. Makes these very difficult to crimp cartridges a delight to reload. Bullets do not need a crimp groove as the collet is so powerful it will form one. NOTE: This die is not carbide.

No clicks just smooth adjustment. Reads just like a precision depth micrometer record your setting and easily return to them for future use. The micrometer adjuster can be easily transferred to other Lee Bullet Seating Dies but it is so economically priced you will want one for every die.

Lee has a reputation for manufacturing quality reloading products such as the Lee Hollow Base Rifle Mould – Single Cavity .459″ 405 grain. This mould is rust resistant because of the aluminum material used but also designed to heat up and cool down much more quickly than seen with moulds constructed from steel and iron.

Typically after just a few casts an individual can produce excellent bullets thanks to it being CNC machined. There is also less fatigue on the bullet caster and weights are provided along with recommended alloy although they can vary.
