Compatibility & legal notice:

This is a short-barrel upper assembly (10.5″ barrel). Federal law dictates how it can be legally assembled:

Pistol build: Pair with an AR-15 pistol lower (no stock; pistol brace permitted). Legal in most states.
Short-Barreled Rifle (SBR): Pair with a lower receiver that has been registered as an SBR via ATF Form 1 or Form 4. Legal with the required NFA paperwork.
Do not install on a standard rifle lower with a shoulder stock unless that lower is already SBR-registered. Mounting a short-barrel upper on an unregistered rifle lower creates an unregistered Short-Barreled Rifle, which is a federal felony under the National Firearms Act.

State-level restrictions on short-barrel uppers, pistol braces, and SBRs vary widely. The buyer is responsible for verifying legality in their jurisdiction before assembly. Gnome Arms ships only to FFL dealers in states where the configuration is lawful.

The Rogue features a forged receiver set, stainless steel barrel, KeyLock DI BCG and Renegade rail & oversized heatsink barrel nut, all topped off with our Micro B muzzle brake.

POF patented Roller Cam Pin is just one example of how far we will go to reduce friction and drag. Standard AR cam pins feature a square (steel) head that grinds along the inside of the aluminum receiver. Used as a replacement part for our piston Bolt Carrier Groups. This roller cam pin fits the POF P308 (7.62 Model) bolt assembly.

The Stripped P-415 Lower Receiver is a 100% fully ambidextrous lower receiver. This lower receiver accepts all standard Mil-Spec lower receiver AR-parts. Grab your favorite lower receiver parts kit and built this lower the way you want, while having the additional benefit of ambidextrous controls.

With the Dictator adjustable gas block, you can now control the rate of fire, gas pressure, and the reliability of your rifle. Choose one of 9 gas positions to dictate the gas pressure and cyclic rate. Adjusting the gas system is quick and painless. Choose one of three methods to dial the gas regulator: a flat screwdriver, 3/32 hex wrench, or the dictator wrench. The Dictator adjustable gas block features a straight gas tube.

The P415 reliability has been tested time after time and the operating system perfected. Features E2 Extraction Technology, complete ambidextrous fire controls, modular free floating rail platform and numerous internal improvements make it the pinnacle of firearms. The Renegade features heat sink barrel nut, Dictator 9-position adjustable gas block, with straight gas tube, and a nitride heat treated barrel. Its receiver is completely ambidextrous and includes a flat 3.5lb match grade trigger with KNS Precision anti-walk pins. The upper receiver is held within an Ultimate Bolt Carrier Group. NP3 coated for maximum protection & reliability, integrated gas key (no screws required) and the POF-USA Roller Cam Pin upgrade installed from the factory.

The POF ambidextrous safety selector is a drop in upgrade designed to increase the shooters’ options and maximize the efficiency of taking the rifle from “fire” to “safe”.

The QD end plate is a low profile sling mount that does not interfere with the stock when fully collapsed. It features an anti-rotational QD sling swivel attachment. As a result, it allows the operator to focus on the target and not on untangling themselves from their sling. The POF-USA QD end plate is optimal with single-point style slings with push-button quick disconnect sling swivels.
