The silencer-optimized Raptor-SD features a ported shaft designed to redirect gasses down and forward away from the shooter’s face when shooting suppressed. The Talon 45/90 ambidextrous safety selector is a modular design that can be installed as a standard 90° or as a 45° short throw by simply rotating the shaft 180° inside the lower receiver. Selector levers install using a precision machined dovetail interface with spring-loaded retention stud to lock the lever in place – no screws to come loose or break. The Talon is compatible with most semi-automatic AR15 & AR10/SR25-pattern rifles as well as MCX and MPX platforms.

The Complete Upper is constructed of billet machined 7075-T6 aluminum with proprietary Extended aluminum hand guard w/ Magpul M-LOK mounting system and integrated upper/hand guard stainless steel anti-rotation pin. Its match grade 416R stainless steel barrel has polished crown/feed ramps, and is threaded. The upper also utilizes enhanced black nitride M16 BCG, lightweight forward assist, Radian Raptor-SD suppressor-optimized ambidextrous charging handle, and a direct impingement gas system.
